2. The service

FleeFirst monitors publicly available signals, including route scarcity, private-aviation movement, military aircraft activity, and market prices, then notifies you when configured thresholds are crossed.

Signals are probabilistic indicators, not guarantees. You are responsible for your own decisions.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining control of your phone and account access.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can change or cancel your plan from your account when billing is enabled.

5. SMS messaging

By providing your phone number you agree to receive automated SMS alerts from FleeFirst. Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. FleeFirst is not liable for any decision made or not made based on an alert.
